New Predators on the Internet
I am taking the time to compose this posting, as a warning to the American people, especially American women, to inform them about a situation I have been investigating. From what I can access, either no one is aware of this situation or they haven’t brought it to light publicly for reasons of embarrassment or just not wanting to get involved.
It has, in the past and currently, been a big problem with men being taken into marriage scams by females from other countries wanting to get into the United States and willing to do whatever it takes to obtain that goal. They marry the men, no matter how repulsed by the man they might be, and have his children and then stay married to him just long enough, under the law of the state to which they reside, to take him for everything he’s worth. Men have fallen for that scam for years now with dreams of having a subservient wife, but now I am seeing a new trend of men from other countries running a similar scam on the women of the United States with the motive being possibly much more dangerous and insidious.
I have seen large numbers of men from other countries running this scam on nearly every website I have frequented that contain profiles, blogs or are of the single and dating site content. They will start by sending an a invite to their friends list or an email letter or note filled with expressions of their undying love for you and deep devotion, even though they have never spoken to you or held any type of conversation with you via phone, email or instant message and have no idea who you are or what you might be like in person. They use a wide range of stories to sink or lull their victims into a false sense of security. Examples are, telling the women that they are in high power executive positions working for large corporations within the United States. They claim that they are working abroad for these corporations and making big money. They will claim to have huge homes and tons of property and all kinds of crazy and grossly inflated statements. They will also send or post false pictures of themselves and find photographs of children and claim them to be their own children in an effort to soften a women’s heart further and let her guard down. Once they establish a dialogue and trust with the women and feel they have her under their control, they will ask the women to send them money to get them into the United States. They will concoct a false emergency that is keeping them from getting to their own supposed funds, for example being, “My wallet or briefcase was stolen” or “My business burnt to the ground and I have nothing until the insurance company pays the claim” and ask that the women send them money to help them out and that they will return the funds as soon as they get back to the United States.
I have personally investigated this by leading them to believe I was falling for their scam and lies, just so I could see how far they would take it and what sort of outlandish stories they could come up with. These men will avoid questions you might ask about inconsistencies within their elaborate stories or come up with more lies to cover their tracks and try to set their victims minds at ease.
I did this for reasons of curiosity and also to find out enough information to report what I know to government agencies and to let everyone else know that this type of scam is happening, and it’s for real! I suspect some of these men are from the Middle East by the way they speak or type amazingly broken English and the order in which they place their wording in. I have noticed that a huge majority of these men seem to be located in Africa and I have my suspicions as to why that may be. I heard on the news that a great deal of the terrorist within Iraq and Afghanistan fled to Africa when the United States invaded those regions and this is what I base my conclusion on. I worry that some of these people are working for terrorist groups and that there are women falling for their obvious deceptions due to their insecurity and overwhelming need for a man in their life and these monsters are actually making it inside our borders. I believe the old saying, “If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is.” should be throbbing throughout the minds of every woman that uses the internet.
I have expressed my concern about this to the Department of Homeland Security and FBI and I hope they are paying attention to this new and possibly destructive threat to the security of the United States. I think the media needs to know about this situation and push this issue to the fore front of their news programs and alert women to this scam they are playing and keep repeating this warning and the methods these people are using, until the women all hear it, absorb it and heed the warnings no matter how lonely they think they might be.
Please warn all your family members and friends about this possible threat and tell them to pass this information along to their families and friends. If you are reading this article and suspect you or someone near and dear to you are experiencing this type of scam, do as I do, and take the time to get enough information about the individual to report them to the proper government agencies. This could save yourself or someone you know from harm or heartache and could possibly save our country.
